But I can&#039;t seem to disable/delete/work around the Microsoft prompt that asks for username and password every time I log in.       <content:encoded><![CDATA[Working on a W8.1 machine.  Problem is after the screen dims (as set in Power Options) it then goes black and the machine hangs. Note: the screen is dim for about 30 seconds until it goes totally black.<br />

Caps Lock and Num Lock lights don&#039;t toggle. Tapping on keys, moving the trackpad have no effect.  I hold the power button until I hear the hard drive shut down. It then starts back up fine.<br />

Doesn&#039;t exhibit this behaviour in Safe Mode.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I can not load anything onto my computer. No downloads will load. Can&#039;t even save things in paint. I think I accidentally deleted a needed file when I was clearing my ex&#039;s crap out of it. It is an HP computer with windows 8.1 os. I don&#039;t know the model. AMD A4-5000 with Radeon HD Graphics if that helps.  I have tried system restore, recovery and even upgrade to 10 but nothing will load.

Since yesterday the screen of my Asus went blinking and moving weirdly, random parts of the screen move or blink, the display does bad and in all the ways. It&#039;s still more or less usable but it&#039;s difficult. Usable in a sens where I can use Windows menus and start/reboot the computer. But that&#039;s all, apps like chrome or firefox are unusable.<br />

Auto complete may be the wrong term but I&#039;m talking about when I do a Google search.<br />
Everything I have searched for is saved so each search I make is stored and appears in blue whenever I click on search. although there is the facility to remove each item manually I&#039;m getting flooded with dozens if not hundreds of previous searches.<br />

My sons old Apple laptop has finally died and he&#039;s looking to buy another but not Apple.<br />
He&#039;s going to have about £300 - £400 to spend. Can anyone suggest a good buy. It will be a &#039;home laptop&#039;- not used for business.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[The pass few weeks i have no problem with my computer fps on gaming. Recently my when i start up my computer and launch GTA V and play for 5 minutes it suddenly stutter and low fps. The problem did not solve even when i change my game to Star Wars Battlefront.<br />

When he tries to get on the internet using WI-FI he gets the message &quot;DNS not responding&quot;...he can get on the internet using a wire connection.<br />
