      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have an Older HP Desktop and I am trying to reload a fresh Install from a DVD I purchased online, that claims to suite all versions of Windows 10, I have included the Instructions from the DVD. Also My HP computer formally had windows 10 Home Pro OS that went corrupt, but I believe that resolves the Key Code Issue but I am have trouble Installing, especially getting to the BIO&#039;s Change screen!  so any help would be appreciated! I have a copy of windows 10, on a bootable Flash Drive. but I need help to Reinstall, without losing my files and photos. I believe that&#039;s called a reset. Since I cannot upgrade to Win 11 on this laptop, don&#039;t want to use a workaround, and will not pay MS for extended updates, would using a VM every time I go on the internet be helpful in stopping exploits on Windows. Of course, I would have to be careful about downloading stuff along with that. To me the WIFI is the link hackers use to access my pc so using a VM seems a safer option along with a good antivirus. The PC desk top &quot;Booston&quot; does not recognize my two WI-FI routers, so I cannot connect. I ran the troubleshooter in the network center, but it was not able to help.
