Someone very kindly gave me an Inspiron mini 10 with windows 7 32bit Starter fitted

.......It hasn’t been used since 2014 and I have multiple issues when I try and use it
1. Window update won’t work: code 80072efd shows as problem

2. When I try to activate new downloaded software, error message

Opi-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll shows

3. when I downloaded and ran the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable app to solve this problem...

The new computer has a core i5 10th gen. The thing that has him and I sold is the changing from the old spinning harddrives to the new m.2 NVME drives.

His computer is very fast now and he loves it.

BUT

For some reason when he is playing a movie or YouTube video his sound will get corrupted and become unable to listen to.

To fix it, he simply backs out...
