      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi i&#039;ve had a terrible week where i got the dreaded BSOD for the first time but, i&#039;ve lost my original password that i signed up to Microsoft with and they aren&#039;t very helpful getting it back. (I think it might be in the machine on the spare drive.<br />
   They allowed me to change it but it wouldn&#039;t work, so i went back but they&#039;ve now locked me out as they say i&#039;ve tried too many times and i don&#039;t know what else to do. <br />
  I&#039;ve got the address i signed up with but nothing else as i changed it to...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So you&#039;ve just completed a new install of W10, did the updates, but you go into Device Manager and see that drivers that should have been installed with the updates, are not.<br />

Do the update again and click on &quot;Optional Updates&quot;, then, &quot;Hardware Updates&quot;. In almost all cases, the missing drivers will be there. For whatever reason, hardware that <span style="text-decoration: underline">doesn&#039;t have a driver at all</span>, shows up as optional  updates in Window&#039;s update.]]></content:encoded>

I&#039;ve been using a bootable usb tool that is basically W10 install media, but also contains File Explorer, as well as additional tools such as a registry editor. It&#039;s freeware that I got from a torrent. The exact name is: windows 10 x64 6in1.<br />

What I would never do, is try to backup the data with a Linux distro. I&#039;m just too paranoid that it will actually install to the C drive and wipe out the file system.]]></content:encoded>

With the Creators Update came a few changes to the Windows 10 Power User menu (accessed by right-clicking the Start menu or using the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut), namely the removal of the Command Prompt and Command Prompt (Admin) options, which allowed users to quickly open a new window.<br />

Instead, there are now Windows PowerShell and Windows PowerShell (Admin) options.<br />

If you have a computer where a Linux OS is dual-booted with Windows, you will notice that, sometimes you reboot from Linux to Window, the clock time is displaying incorrectly in Windows.
