I just upgraded my old rig by replacing the motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, New SSD with clean install of windows 11. Basically a new computer in my original 'Tower 1200' PC case. However, when I play newer games I very often will have my PC restart with no warning (mostly within a couple minutes of playing) This doesn't happen with older games, such as skyrim.

Kernel-power 41 seems to be the common cause. I understand this can often mean insufficient power supply.

Replaced old computer and installed previous games, including COD and COD United Offensive.

Kept getting message to log in as administrator so I went into COD Properties/Compatibility and changed it to 1st) Windows 8 (and Run this program as an administrator), and then subsequently to Windows XP Svc Pk 2. When I click on run however, nothing happens....

I am having an odd issue with my Xbox One Elite controller with my PC. I don't recall ever having this issue in the past. I have not played any PC games the last couple months due to time restaints, but fired up a couple games this past weekend.

I live in Australia and my usual download speed on Steam is about 200kb/s. Recently however, the speed has been about 20kb/s.

I tried downloading on my laptop and the download speeds were fine. This laptop is running Windows 7, and the newer computer I'm trying to download on is running Windows 10. Could this have something to do with it?

I've tried turning on and off my router, changing the download region and unchecking the "Automatically detect settings" box in Internet Options....
