Win7 Shortcut

    I have Win7 is there anyway to put all my Shortcuts that are on my Desktop in a Folder or Bar that can Stick to the side of the Desktop screen?

    Yes there is.
    Right Click on the Desktop, make a new Folder (call it "Shortcuts") and drag your shortcuts into that Folder.

    YES! Rt Clk the Taskbar > Toolbars > Desktop. You can now tell the desktop icons not to show (Rt Clk on desktop > View > Show Desktop icons). All desktop icon items will now show on a list (that you can sort by name) when you click on the Desktop Toolbar :D Any such icons can, certainly, ALSO, be grouped into a folder...and that can be one of the items in the Desktop Toolbar listings :D
